Are you too stressed to be blessed?
When you perceive life in ways that make you feel tense, you create a much more intense life.
Stress comes with deciding that you don't have enough time or resources to feel happy.
It's a belief system that is connected to drama and feeling like you matter because if you're stressed, it means you are working hard.
By believing that life is hard work, you conduct a signal to your future to bring you more of what a hard life offers.
Much of this happens because you resist what's happening instead of accepting what is and deciding how you would like things to play out.
It’s really, really easy to focus on what you don't want to happen because you have been trained to prepare for the worst.
None of that allows you to focus on your blessings or the good things that are wanting to be seen by you.
Feeling stressed has addictive components because of the rush of hormones it delivers and the importance you may feel by having so much to do.
A great way to stop the momentum of stress is to become more present.
Take one task at a time and be fully there with it.
Refuse to think in terms of rushing or the tense-filled thoughts of overwhelment.
Take about 10-15 minutes every day to sit and breathe.
Quieting your mind is the best way to break the habit of stress and create space in your own mind to become at choice with your thoughts.
Otherwise, you live on a freight train of thoughts and emotions that seem out of your control.
Some of you would really benefit from giving up people-pleasing and learning to delegate instead of trying to do it all yourself.
This is a co-creative journey, so why not start creating with others and believing that you have support?
You really do need to stop feeling unsupported if you want to have more support.
Stress can be tricky because of the beliefs surrounding it, but once you start to unravel the lies that stress doesn't make you better, you can create something new.
You can then step into your blessings and perceive all the good in life.
You can begin asking often, “What's good about this?” or “How can I see the blessings in this?”
Just asking those questions will tune you into a completely different station where more blessings become your life story.
Once you change the momentum of how you think and feel, it’s just a short time before your life becomes one big blessing after the next.
