No longer participating in generational wounding.

Being raised by those who were unconscious can create patterns of behavior that may have caused some damage.

That damage is not unrepairable or for nothing.

The wounds of your upbringing are something for you to expand and grow from now that you are aware.

It’s important to realize the thoughts and beliefs that create the cycle in your life that comes from the less-than-optimal things you experienced.

Becoming aware does not change things, but it is the first step.

Then, it’s deciding that you are no longer a victim and that you can heal and rise up from anything you have encountered.

Making solid decisions around family, you then decide to no longer pass these wounds along which takes focus and determination.

Within your own framework, you have the ability to quiet your mind and heal from what you have lived so that your present and future become your own creation.

Nothing from your past needs to haunt you or create in your today.

You can let the past go by responding in new ways to the life you are now living.

There is no such thing as a generational curse because you always have free will.

You can choose how you want to treat your life and yourself when you create space between what has happened and who you truly are inside.

You can always let go of self-deprecating and critical voices by recognizing them as the shitty committee that is not you.

Rising above anything you have lived that’s less than optimal means you will grow and become so much more.

This is a journey worth taking.
