Be here for the healing.

Because you have experienced many traumas in your past, you now have the opportunity to create differently.

When you begin to awaken to your power, you see every event as a way to get to know yourself better.

As you begin asking the question, “Where is my stuff in this?” You leave the blame game and victimhood behind.

You can then rise up and discover what these new situations are asking you to heal, which will help you respond in new ways.

You can stop feeling mad at yourself and guilty for falling prey to the triggers because your wounds are starting to heal.

In every situation, ask yourself, “Where is my growing edge here?” and then listen for the guidance that comes from within.

This is all one big learning and growing game that allows you to become more from each thing you experience.

If you aren't ready to heal or take responsibility for your responses yet, you will continue the cycles of hurt and blame until you are.

Either way, you have the power in each circumstance to stay the same or rise above to see what's really leading you to love and respect yourself enough to create the boundaries that will lead you back to your peace.
