You don't have to let your past traumas define you.

When you experience a trauma and wear it on your sleeve, you allow it to define who you are.

You walk around feeling less than and unfortunate because of the life path you think you had no control over.

You feel you were dealt bad cards, and the injustice is often too much for you to bear.

Because you allow this to lower how you feel about yourself and life, every day becomes a walk through the thickest mud you can imagine.

But what if there was a way to use those traumas to fuel your journey and empower you to live a better life?

What if you decided to see that trauma through a new lens that allows you to perceive it as something that gave you wisdom and showed you how strong you are?

Consider the possibility that you chose a path that was super challenging and traumatic so you could expand and grow from it.

This type of thinking has the power to set yourself free, so you stop responding to life in such a wounded way.

Understand that when you feel triggered and respond in a trauma response, you are being given an invitation to heal and look at things differently.

If you no longer wish to identify with a trauma, you must first decide for yourself that it’s time to grow past it.

Once you do, you will see how that experience will help you help others heal from similar things, which will further help you heal and feel empowered.

You no longer have to be a victim to your past when you realize each moment now is created by your decision to create something that you truly deserve.

Life is ready when you are.
