I want to express my sincere gratitude to those who read my posts. I know they have been a bit longer lately, and it is important to let them flow without question.
Thank you for receiving.
Interruptions to your peace.
Every time you allow yourself to get annoyed about something, you are sending a signal for more things to annoy you.
Each time you get angry at someone in traffic, you lower your vibration and give your power away.
The annoyance factor can be big for you because your life has so many moving parts and so much contrast to work through.
A cloudy day can set you off or a rude person in your morning routine.
All of these things contribute to that signature vibration you are allowing yourself to sign up for.
You then slip further and further into a mood that keeps you forgetting that you are not a victim and you do hold power.
This isn’t about trying to pretend things don’t bother you.
That actually gets you into trouble eventually.
This is about deciding in each moment what thought pattern you will pick up on that will dictate what happens next.
It’s choosing peace over annoyance because you remember to be grateful for all that is working well for you.
Gratitude is the fuel for a more peaceful life, and although it may seem too simple, I promise you it is extremely powerful.
Choosing to feel calm means you are emotionally intelligent enough to understand that feeling good and choosing a higher vibration is the greatest route for you.
When you feel upset, impatient, and frustrated, you are not allowing the flow of life to show you the greatest options.
If you really feel hurt, it may be time to process and dig deep to heal your old wounds.
Step back and create space before you automatically assume and become annoyed.
Work to let things go that threaten your peace and well-being.
Decide how you want to feel and promote more of those feelings by choosing the thoughts that support them.
You deserve to feel good, and your feelings really do matter.
May peace be with you.
