You are free in many more ways than you practice.
You are free to allow your thoughts to drive beliefs that keep you from making the changes you say you want to make.
You are free to stay the same or take leaps of faith and rearrange your whole life.
The freedom you have to think certain ways and choose different perspectives allows you to expand and grow in every moment.
You are so free that you can choose to believe that you aren't free, and you can't do anything about circumstances you wish were different.
So, there is a power in freedom unless you choose to be powerless.
If you would like to be more powerful, it would be good if you could start considering other options.
Start by asking, “What if I could change this?” and envisioning what that would look like.
Take time every day to exercise your freedom.
You can take a different route home from work or meet with a friend you haven’t seen in a while.
Removing yourself from the mundane for even a short time elovates your vibration and invites new possibilities.
If you have been thinking about something in a powerless way, start thinking about it from a new perspective.
Realize that all those thoughts that bring you down do help you clarify the freedom you seek.
A small shift in your thinking and the way you feel can transform any situation.
You are so free you can choose not to be.
In this moment, will you choose the thoughts that set you free and offer you a feeling of relief?
