By letting go of all the little annoyances, you can then be available for all the better stuff.
Notice your thoughts and moods so you can redirect towards something higher.
Ask:
“What can I think about right now that makes me feel better?”
Then keep turning towards what brings you more of the satisfying thoughts that align you with the present, which can offer you so much more of the good stuff.
