Too blessed to be stressed.

Stress is one of the top causes of disharmony in one's life and body.

The way you look at things determines how you feel about them.

When you decide things will not go your way, you pump stress hormones through your body and activate less-than-optimal energies.

If you would like to understand this process better, it may be time to create some space between what’s happening and your response.

Instead of flying off the handle about things, what if you didn’t?

Instead of engaging your neural pathways of worry, fear, stress, and dread, what if you asked yourself what you really want to happen?

What if you let go of those tendencies that create more misery and decide to focus on what is going well for you?

Stress is very much psychological, and it’s the one thing you really can have control over.

Seriously, how many times have you worried, lived in anxiety and fear, and it turned out ok?

It’s time to respond in ways that allow you to let go and trust in the unfolding.

It’s gonna be alright, and you are going to keep creating in the powerful way you are, remembering that you can.
