Waves of energy.
The waves of energy you create are based on the way you feel.
Your state or mood sends out the signal that calls more things like it to you.
This is why a bad moment turns into a bad day.
When you pick up on a frequency of frustration, aggregation, or impatience you tune yourself into more things that will keep you in those feeling states.
When you shift yourself and decide to feel gratitude, love, compassion, and satisfaction, you create moments that feel so much better to you.
And the better you feel, the better your life becomes.
This doesn’t mean you need to avoid negative emotions because if you push them down, you still create from them.
This means you make a conscious decision to face your feelings and decide to let them go.
You ask yourself why you are feeling this way and acknowledge where you are.
Then you take some breaths and decide what good can come now, because you decided to consciously tune your frequency to a new station.
You can then ask for a Higher Perspective that will lead you to better outcomes.
Or you take a nap
Resetting your signal is about knowing that you have a choice and you exercise it in each moment.
So much of what upsets you is based on the past or the future.
If you could spend more time in the present, you would send more waves towards the good stuff.
