What really matters to you?
It’s super easy to get caught up in things that don’t really matter.
When you do, you then have knee-jerk responses that keep you in cycles of worrying and being concerned.
It’s been proven that only 9 percent of what you worry about actually happens.
With some focus, I believe you could even lower that number.
So, what really matters?
Do you allow the small, insignificant things to bother you often and steal your joy?
What takes you out of enjoying the present moment that doesn’t really need your air time any longer?
If you could choose one bothersome thought to let go of, what would it be?
How would your life feel if you just stopped worrying about that thing that provides no value?
Every time you let go of those thoughts, you train your mind away from that neural pathway that doesn’t serve you.
Each time you choose thoughts that are lighter and freer, you influence what happens in your outside world with a better vibe.
When you stop letting so many things bother you, you make room for things that could actually delight you.
It’s a choice that you make moment by moment.
