Why you don’t believe things will go well for you.
Is it just a habit, or is it something deeper?
Many of you were taught from a young age that you should be prepared for the worst.
You were told to always have a plan B because Plan A will most likely fail.
You then created evidence in your life because of the beliefs that you hold that things would not work out for you.
Then you have neural pathways that have habits of focusing on what could go wrong, and so they do.
So many of you are in cycles of one bad thing after another that you can’t possibly send a different signal than “life is hard.”
In order to change this, you must start from deep within.
Start by recognizing the patterns you have to feel dissatisfied and worried about your future.
Notice the commentary within your mind and see if it’s coming from the Shitty Committee or from a positive outlook.
You really do have a choice, ya know?
The choice happens at the very beginning of what you decide about things and the perspective you hold.
When you worry, fuss, and fight life, it gives you more reasons to go to battle.
When you take a step back, take a breath, and become conscious of what’s happening, you can then decide what you would like to happen and spend your time and energy on solutions.
Problems and solutions always have different energies, so you have to move away from your problem-oriented way of thinking and reach for a new way of being.
This is not only possible for you, but it is also the next logical step in your evolutionary unfolding.
Stepping into a powerful position of faith and a frequency of good things happening at this point in your life is a choice you now have to make.
